The surgeon is very good at explaining my situation. He encouraged me to try physical therapy before surgery.. He checked in with me before the surgery explained everything that was gonna happen. Talk to my wife afterwards later check back with me to make sure everything is OK. I could not expect a better experience.

Care providers are great at Facey. The surveys are cumbersome when you have an illness and an injury and multiple multiple visits and followup and a Survey pops up each and every visit!

Dr. Yacoubian has been wonderful - early on, pain shot... Excercises suggested, for Shoulder/rotator cuff problems... There has been great improvement, for which I'm grateful. We will keep watch!!

Dr Stephan Yacoubian is the best, I live quite far from the office, never thought to go to another orthopedic provider

He encourages discussion and conversation and never jumps to conclusions. My visit pertained to my tearing what I thought was muscle tissue, when in fact it was scar tissue. We further discussed my shoulder's healing process.

I'm totally sold on Dr Yacoubian's office. I've had a total shoulder replacement in 2024 and now my total knee replacement on 2025. No doubt, unfortunately due to my severe arthritis I will be back to Dr Yacoubian for more replacements!

This was my first visit with Dr. Yacoubian. I had shoulder surgery approximately 15 years ago, and my right shoulder has been in persistent pain ever since. Within minutes of entering the exam room, Dr. Yacoubian performed a sonogram and was able to clearly identify the extent of the damage. He explained that the pins from my previous surgery were no longer effective and that I have minimal remaining rotator cuff tendon.He thoroughly reviewed my treatment options, which included an injection to help relieve pain and improve mobility. He also advised that I will likely need a shoulder replacement in the future but recommended starting physical therapy to delay surgery as long as possible.I opted to receive the injection during the visit, and the results have been remarkable. Within 24 hours, my pain was nearly eliminated and my range of motion improved by roughly 75%. I am scheduled to begin physical therapy this week.Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience. Dr. Yacoubian listened carefully, addressed all my concerns, and explained everything clearly. It was truly an exceptional visit.

He listened carefully to my new shoulder and neck pain on first visit snd now asked about current pain and recommended a pain doctor to me and to see him for a checkup in 3-4 months

The provider and office have been responsive and helpful throughout my time coming to the office pre and post op.

I answered all questions, but this appointment was a bit of a consultation. I did receive an injection for pain and have an MRI scheduled. Then I will follow up with the doctor. I'm still very happy with my visit.Some questions need to be phrased differently for more accuracy or an option that a follow up is needed to complete the diagnosis.

Good visit

Most frustrating thing is getting through to the office to make an appointment. It would be great to be able to schedule online and only call in if it's an urgent matter when one needs to be seen asap. I've been a patient of Dr. Yacoubian for many many years. I'm still his patient, so that should give a good idea that I am happy with the care I've received from him.
