Austin Perkins was excellent. Shouldn't take 2 months to get an appointment.

This appointment was for a follow up for my right knee total replacement. Austin is always helpful and thorough. I really appreciate his care and thoroughness. The office is very organized and I really appreciate their organization. I would recommend this orthopedic office to anyone that needs help with a knee problem.

Very professional team, my meniscus arthroscopic procedure was painless and quick, no physical therapy needed, everything is on plan to get 100% normal in 4-5 weeks. Thanks

I received an injection today for knee pain. While I don't know if this procedure will work to reduce the pain (the last one didn't) Austin provided very good care; he listened to my concerns and I barely felt the Injection. (I have a low tolerance for pain .) I checked with the scheduler to make sure I was scheduled with Austin for my next appointment.

This appointment was a pre op session. Austin Perez was very thorough, approachable and answered all my questions honestly and effectively.

Austin has gotten me through two knee replacements. He is extremely knowledgeable and a good listener and explains what you need to know very clearly. He also is very personable and makes you comfortable during your visit.

The X-ray dept was some what backed up but we saw the PA 10 minutes earlier than our appointed time, its all good.

Austin Perkins is very good at what he does. Dr. Shamfield was amazing as was Dr. Forslund when I started this process. My only complaint is with how long it took to get these three consecutive appointments. We had to order the injections months ago and paid for them months ago as well. I have been in pain the entire time. I just think that this process could have moved more quickly since the appointment itself took less than 15 minutes.I have nothing but great things to say about all the providers and offices that I go to with Providence St. Jude!

Dr. Perkins is great! He is Welcoming, puts you at ease right away. He makes sure to go over any questions or concerns you may have. He is very thorough & professional. I feel like I'm being listened to & well taken care of.

During this follow up visit, the provider even asked the surgeon, who did the surgery on me, to come to have a check on my shoulder. Both the surgeon and the provider are the Best ones you could ask for.

Iam pleased with my care today with Austin, as he gave me a new referral for PT for both of my knee replacements to help with muscle strengthening.

Austin not only answered all my questions regarding my upcoming surgery, but also asked Dr. Khajavi to come in for a minute just to ensure me that the surgery will be fine.

Everyone at the facility is extremely kind and helpful. I met with Austin today for a pre-surgical visit. He is excellent and was very knowledgeable about my condition. Also the x- ray tech was also kind and courteous. I absolutely love this medical facility. Thank you.

I'm always so pleased to seeing my doctor for my knee injection. He is so thoughtful and professional. He gave me some extra advice relating to my back problems which made me seek out a referral. He is amazing and always takes extra care before my injections.

Austin always checks on all the different aspects of my ongoing treatment and it was great feedback. In this instance, he was able to move my appointment up by about two hours because we are traveling and he wanted to facilitate my schedule. Excellent service and old school medical care.

This appointment was very helpful because I couldn't walk from the pain on both knees he gave me an injection on my right leg that is helyto tolerate the pain.

Austin has been caring for me for many years 8+ Because of the problems I've had with my knees over the years, I have gotten to know Austin and he's has always been great at explaining everything and even though he stuck needles in my knees more times than I can count, I forgive him because I always felt better afterward. :-) Recently he helped me get through my knee replacement. I'm 3 months out and recovery has been going great! The excruciating knee pain is gone. In my right knee. Thankfully Austin is young because my left knee will be calling. Hopefully not too soon. I would be remiss not to mention Dr, Khajavi. He did 2 menistectomies about 10 years ago. I am so thankful for his skill and for making me feel confident that I was in good hands.
