About Jake M. Stanfield
Born and raised in the Tri-Cities, Dr. Stanfield completed a joint replacement fellowship at The Southern Joint Replacement Institute in Nashville because he wanted to provide his patients the best techniques in hip and knee replacement surgery. Dr. Stanfield is committed to educating and guiding his patients through the joint replacement experience with compassion and understanding. Although he has performed a high volume of joint replacement procedures, he is committed to giving each patient the time and attention they require to achieve their optimal result.

I saw Dr Stanfield for an appt to make the decision to have my knee replaced. He gave me the options and talked about if I needed this now or later. He then injected my knees with steroids for a quick fix to my pain. I am scheduled for surgery in October but if my injections work well I might be putting off surgery for 6-9 months.
