Dr Stanfield is the best. He responded to a message left on My Chart when his PA wouldn't. He even texted me when he got the results of the tests. Then immediately got me in to talk with me and ordered more x-rays to see what was going on.

Dr Stanfield was absolutely amazing throughout the entire post op period. Took time out of his day to personally message me how I was doing when I got home the 1st day. Always accessible via phone or text for any concerns I had. Also he directly messages me about moving my appointment himself instead of having the office do it for him. He has a real personable approach with his patients that you don't see these days. I appreciate his full involvement in my recovery and I appreciate that. Would and will 100% refer anyone one to him for care.

The provider sent a short video on the procedure that was very informative. He was also very easy to talk to. He explained what needed to be done next to prepare me for my surgery date.

Dr. Stanfield responded immediately with an appointment the day after I communicated with him. He addressed the problem and gave me a solution. I felt he gave me answers to all my concerns. I was extremely satisfied.

I am fortunate that Dr. Stanfield treated me for revision of the prosthesis of my prior left knee total replacement. The result was better than the original surgery. I definitely recommend him based on both how I was treated personally and the outcome of the surgery.

Really made me easy about painfully crackling orthotic knee & made sure I was on track for next steps if conditions continue. Very busy surgeon. When your good it takes time to get appt.

It took me 4 months to get an appointment. The doctor was kind and this was my first appointment with him since my regular doctor retired in that office.

I was extremely impressed with the speed of this Dr. In making my appointment. I talked to a n appointment clerk, left my information, by the next morning Dr. Stanfield had messaged me, and called me personally by noon. I had my appointments set up for a pre-op for a knee surgery. Best turnaround around time I have ever experienced.

Jacob Stanfield is awesome! I have had two major surgeries with him and his crack team and I would recommend him/them to anyone that asks. Everyone both times went as planned, without any complications at all. I love those people!
