Providence and the scheduling staff and the assistant, and my provider were awesome. I felt I was listened to and the assistant and my provider truly cared about my condition.

I made a mistake with the time l came, too early. This team went out of the way to get me in so l'd not have to comeback. They were wonderful!

He gave me adequate answers to the issue. Now I have to see if it does any better.

Dr Vegas is awesome!! He listens to your concerns and address them right away.

My Care provider and his team have been outstanding. They explain everything, make me feel comfortable and make sure all my needs are taken care of. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

This was a first visit with Dr. Vegas. I was pleasantly surprised as it was a very good experience in which I was impressed with his very good demeanor, forthright responses to questions and the ease with which to communicate with him. I was completely at ease and found no intimidation or unwillingness to hear my concerns. He listened! I was impressed!

Good staff and good experience

This was my first visit with Mason Vegas. He listened to my concerns about possible torn rotator cuff surgery. He had x-rays done and explained what was happening with my shoulder. Rather than giving me an injection for pain, he recommended I see an orthopedic surgeon to repair my shoulder. I am waiting for an appointment with an orthopedic surgeon. I was very pleased with Mason Vegas and would recommend him to others.

Clear explanations regarding radiologic findings and next steps

The nurse (assistant) to Dr. Vega is as good as he is. I feel she is as knowledgeable as many doctors I have seen in the past. Both he and she were attentive, patient, and kind. They listened intently and provided options. I feel the care was properly conservative. That means they were not in a rush to get me out of there and ignored my issues. They evaluated the situation and conferred with me before deciding to take conservative measures. I feel I understand what my issue is and feel I was given instructions that are doable to try to deal with the issue. I am to come back if the treatment does not provide any success and there will be further evaluation. It has been quite a while since I have seen a doctor who did not make me feel frustrated. This was a great breath of fresh air to have a doctor and nurse treat and care like they used to do decades ago. Thank you!

Mason was awesome. Knowledgable, kind, skilled giving the hip injection. Minimal discomfort. Thank you Mason for making this appointment a breeze!
