He had a very nice bedside manner. The exam room was clean and the medical assistant friendly and professional.

I went to this provider for a second opinion and a knee problem. I appreciated him listening to me when I explained everything that I've done for the knee so far as well as his pointed questions and then a discussion that we had to determine a approach. This is the first provider that I've been too that has given me solutions and I intend to continue the treatment of my knee with this provider.

Didn't get time to talk about 3 issues other the two talked about.I also thought it was strange that the provider started backing out of the office without letting me know that we were out of time.I have never seen that before.I guess I'll have to make another appointment with my primary care doctor for the issues not covered.

This was my first visit there and I left feeling very happy & educated. He showed me the x-ray of my knee and thoroughly explained what was going on and what treatment was available. He advised what the next step would be, and other options to help me. More I understand what is going on with my knee and just knowing about it, brings me relief. I'm always treated with care and respect by everyone at Providence, and this doctor and his staff were awesome!!!

It is usually fairly easy to get an appointment with CHAS. Spokane Valley Dermatology was a slight wait, 3 to 4 weeks out. Ortho was fantastic and even the MRI the doc ordered I received a call to schedule the same day he put in the order.The office I was supposed to see about my hand was 6 to 8 weeks out for an appointment.

Matt Sutter is great. He gives me knee injections and always very good at it. Always painless.
