I had a fall and knee was hurting since. Matt was so attentive and assured me my knee looked great and the pain was unrelated

All was very good, a first time visit in preparation for hip surgery.

You all do a great job.

The doctor was very helpful gave me very good information help me understand my options and help me to understand what was needed before we can move forward with any procedures

He was such a wonderful person. Professional and caring and really cared about me and my needs.

Dr Sutter was very cordial..he explained everything when I had questions. He is a new PA that knows alot about my hip issue and what is the next step I need to take.

The problem related to this visit was identified in 2017 by a doctor at Valley Medical Center in Renton, WA. I could not find his record input in MyChart & do not know if Matt could find them either. Matt listened attentively as I explained the origin & history of the problem. Radiographs were taken & Matt explained very clearly what they indicated. I believe that Matt was pleasant, accurate & realistic in his assessments & explanations.

He had a very nice bedside manner. The exam room was clean and the medical assistant friendly and professional.

I went to this provider for a second opinion and a knee problem. I appreciated him listening to me when I explained everything that I've done for the knee so far as well as his pointed questions and then a discussion that we had to determine a approach. This is the first provider that I've been too that has given me solutions and I intend to continue the treatment of my knee with this provider.

Didn't get time to talk about 3 issues other the two talked about.I also thought it was strange that the provider started backing out of the office without letting me know that we were out of time.I have never seen that before.I guess I'll have to make another appointment with my primary care doctor for the issues not covered.

This was my first visit there and I left feeling very happy & educated. He showed me the x-ray of my knee and thoroughly explained what was going on and what treatment was available. He advised what the next step would be, and other options to help me. More I understand what is going on with my knee and just knowing about it, brings me relief. I'm always treated with care and respect by everyone at Providence, and this doctor and his staff were awesome!!!

The doctor spent a lot of time with me and was very helpful.

It is usually fairly easy to get an appointment with CHAS. Spokane Valley Dermatology was a slight wait, 3 to 4 weeks out. Ortho was fantastic and even the MRI the doc ordered I received a call to schedule the same day he put in the order.The office I was supposed to see about my hand was 6 to 8 weeks out for an appointment.

Matt Sutter is great. He gives me knee injections and always very good at it. Always painless.
