Monika A. Gasiorek, MD

Dr. Monika A. Gasiorek, M.D., is a Pediatric Urologist at Sacred Heart Children’s Hospital. She began her academic journey at American University in Washington, D.C., where she earned a degree in Biochemistry. She went on to earn her medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine, followed by residency training in Urology at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio and fellowship training in Pediatric Urology at Seattle Children’s Hospital. Dr. Gasiorek’s clinical interests include hydronephrosis, vesicoureteral reflux and recurrent urinary tract infections, undescended testes, neurogenic bladder, and phimosis. Her approach to care centers on treating every patient as she would want her own family treated. She values building trusting, long-term relationships with children and their families while providing thoughtful, individualized care tailored to each patient’s unique needs. Outside of medicine, Dr. Gasiorek enjoys spending time outdoors, playing tennis, and exploring the Pacific Northwest. She also loves international travel and experiencing different cultures, cuisines, and traditions around the world.
