Dr Kephart was understanding of my situation and was concerned of how fast my situation could be resolved with treatment i.e. Insurance approval of MRI.

Great team friendly, familiar with me from 5 years ago, informative and honest.

I was treated with the utmost respect and care. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The doctor was very professional and listened to my concerns. The experience was quite pleasant even though I would need to have back surgery. I felt very comfortable with the information I was told and my concerns were addressed. I feel confident in the upcoming surgery. I would highly recommend this practice.

Jason Kephart was very concerned with the amount of pain I am experiencing. His workup of me was very detailed and thorough. He scheduled me for some extensive PT, hoping to relieve the painful muscle spasms I am having in my back. I would highly recommend him to my friends having similar issues that I have.

My provider is excellent

Dr. Kephart could not help me in his area of expertise, but took time to educate me on my situation, made sure I understood my options, ordered x-rays and gave me a referral for a hip specialist that very day. Providence also did the x-rays that day! I could not believe that I did not have to schedule the x-rays and come back! I was treated very well, by everyone there.

Learned more from him than from previous several doctors.

I had never heard of Physiatry before. Jason not only explained what it was and how it would help me, he did so clearly and in terms that made sense to me.

I've had good experiences with this provider. The staff at Stewart Meadows has also been good. I wouldn't say that this is what I have experienced at other Providence providers or clinics in the Medford area.

Jason is one of the most beautiful (inside) providers I have ever had and I've had many I am 72 years old and have many physical impairments. I loved Jason he is a wonderful person!

Jason has always listened to my concerns, gone over the results of tests, answered all my questions & explained everything thoroughly. I really appreciate his 'bedside manner' as he is always buoyant when I've seen him! That goes a long way with me :-)
