The whole experience was good, she got me to agree to pt, and steroid injections, and while I am still in immense pain, she was an excellent provider.

I always have a great experience at Providence.

I always feel the provider listens to my concerns and knows my medical history. She takes the time to answer my questions.

It was all good except the 3 months I had to wait for the appointment.

They listen to my ailments and help me try to help with my pain.

The doctor was thorough in her examination, and patient and understanding of my concerns. The medical assistant that brought me into the room and took my vitals was very kind and sincere in his care.

This was my first visit to attempt an understanding of how the therapies for two related concerns should be addressed. Even though my hospital did not provide medical MRI scans and interpretations, I had brought copies with me. The provider read them and was extremely helpful in my understanding of how I should continue, or not, with specific kinds of exercises.

Parma always listens to my questions or concerns. Extremely accommodating and patient. First doctor to validate me, my pain and try to find a way towards healing.

My experience at ER was not great, analysis was incorrect and medications did not provide relief. That said my experience at NW Phy and Sports with Dr Srigiriraju was outstanding. She listened intently to what I described as pain, did thorough test to determine exactly what was wrong and changed my medication to allow me to rest and sleep. Great experience so glad I got to see her.

The weeks between scheduling is a problem but I understand that is due to volume of patients. The health care team got me scheduled surprisingly fast this time. This was a chronic series of health issues knitted together that my doctor has been helping with. She and her team have been very helpful.
