I found this provider very experienced, identified my problem, ordered MRI then will call me on a given date and time, then I presume a date and time will be set for procedure.

Everything process was to the mark. No complains right now!

This was my first visit with this provider. Having just moving to Wa from Texas and trying to find new doctors, and developing new health concerns, Dr. Palma was a very unexpected surprise. She was caring, concise in questioning and through in her examination. The office support staff was friendly, helpful.

This is the first time seeing this Dr. She was kind and easy to talk to, an important aspect of a new patient visit. My only complaint is I need an injection for a very painful situation and I can't get scheduled in for several months.

The Doctor, listened to my issue and gave an easy to understand/diagnoses explanation of my condition, along with a possibly remedy.

My care at Providence has always been above & beyond. But I thought I was scheduling an MRI, I didn't even know I had a follow up with the physiatrist, that was made back in January. I waited 5 months to get an MRI, but it was only a follow up

This doctor & everyone in her office are awesome! I'm always greeted with a smile and a welcome to their office. I could not ask for a better place to be considering the health issues I'm dealing with!

This year is my first time using Providence Health and services and everyone has been lovely.

Dr. Raju was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. She asked pertinent probing questions that I believe may improve my chances of getting to the source of my pains. I look forward to working with her. The only negative was that I had to wait so long to get an appointment with her.

Dr. Raju is the best doctor I have ever seen. She takes the time to listen to me, listen to my concerns and explain things to me in a way that I can understand. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

The whole experience was good, she got me to agree to pt, and steroid injections, and while I am still in immense pain, she was an excellent provider.

This was my first visit to attempt an understanding of how the therapies for two related concerns should be addressed. Even though my hospital did not provide medical MRI scans and interpretations, I had brought copies with me. The provider read them and was extremely helpful in my understanding of how I should continue, or not, with specific kinds of exercises.

Parma always listens to my questions or concerns. Extremely accommodating and patient. First doctor to validate me, my pain and try to find a way towards healing.
