I felt that she was very kind, caring and helped me understand my condition and present all the alternatives for care!

Great experience as I learned so much more about my leg/feet nocturnal cramping, diet and exercise. I am grateful

Phone wait time was longer than anticipated: Well over 20 minutes to make an appointment. However the scheduler was kind and thoughtful and went through extra effort to provide me with a more convenient appointment date. Thank you. I didn't enjoy the EMG procedure (as it was uncomfortable), but I appreciated the fact that Dr. Raju was able to provide a diagnosis "on the spot." Her confidence level is high that the pain relief that I seek is in my near future. I like that.

Very professional and compassionate. Every step of the appointment was very prompt and time-efficient without crossing the line into feeling rushed. I especially appreciated that, after next steps had been decided on, she worked out a sort of fallback plan B for if the chosen treatment plan ended up not offering enough symptom management. I also appreciated that, while there's still more to do before I can concretely arrive at a diagnosis for this particular set of health issues, she specifically named for me the conditions most likely behind my symptoms based on what is known at this point in time.
