About Nicholas Thompson
Nick is a sports physical therapist at Providence Sports Care Center who is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). He has been at the Providence Sports Care Center since 2012 and is currently the Clinic Lead. He has worked as a Physical Therapist with the Portland Timbers of Major League Soccer and has also been a part of the sideline crew for Portland Timbers and Portland Thorns teams since 2011 and has organized this team since 2013. Nick is a leader in sports therapy and concussion management, teaching courses on these topics to area clinicians, and has taken athletes from injury to return to sports since 2009. A Minnesota native, Nick loves all Minnesota sports teams especially the Minnesota Vikings and Golden Gopher hockey. On the weekends, you can find Nick exploring all the Pacific Northwest has to offer with his wife, two daughters and golden retriever.
