Dr Jacob's is a very nice provider. I just feel like she doesn't always listen or understand the pain involved. She did however, agree to try another route and hopefully this will help. I felt a bit rushed when she asked a question and in the middle of answering she cut me off mid sentence and said well have a nice day. She normally isn't like that so I assume she had other stuff on her mind.

My new RA Doctor Jacobs was very kind, considerate of my joints, etc. She thoroughly checked my hands & feet to check on RA nodules and toes with RA inflammation. She is very kind and I like her a lot!

This clinic is flawless. There is nothing that needs improvement!

Dr.Jacobs is friendly, knowledgeable and confident. She listened to my concerns and questions patiently. It's was obvious from her experience that she knew to ask the proper questions needed to make an accurate preliminary assessment of my medical condition.

Dr Jacobs was very dismissive and blamed my lab results on my weight even though I have been sick since I was 16.

Even if they are running behind I don't mind because I like my dr and she's worth waiting for. When she is running behind she will always apologize other than that she's always on time. This is the 2nd time I've seen Dr. Jacobs and am again impressed by how thoroughly she checked my health history and was up to date on my current health and upcoming appt's before I came in. She was also very thorough on her after-visit notes. It makes me feel like she's really paying attention, really listening and genuinely cares about my health. In which I've not always felt that way with two other Providence providers I saw in the past. She seems very knowledgeable, and I felt like I was in good hands with her. She was also very prompt about messaging me when blood test results came in. I'd been a little worried and it very quickly eased my concerns when she messaged. I greatly appreciated it.

This is the first time I have seen this care provider, but I look forward to seeing her again.

Dr Jacobs immediately noticed that I was having a bad day with Raynauds in my fingers due to the cold weather and prescribed a medication to help ease the discomfort.

Barbara Jacobs was very communicative and addressed both of the concerns which I had related to rheumatology.

All questions were answered completely.

She listened to me, asked questions, and explained everything well.

It's very difficult to get an appointment with a rheumatologist, there are so few. Dr Jacobs was wonderful, but I had to wait 8 months to see her.

Easy to talk with & also willing to do all she can to help.

My healthcare provider provided me with very good health care and with a lot of respect, her assistant that assisted me in her office to check my blood pressure my oxygen levels and making sure my medications were correctly listed treated me with the utmost care , the doctor commented on my blood work that I had previously done and that it would be due again and she would like to see me back within 6 months again for the same continuing problems , also to make sure that I was seeing other doctors that are needed for problems related to my arthritis , she also let me know what problems that I needed to talk to my general practitioner about that she could not perform those functions. My doctor that I have just seen treated me with the most proper care I could see possible. I will continue to see her and I would recommend her highly along with her assistant I have not seen many assistants that has treated me so kindly in the past but this gentleman did a fabulous job for me today along with my practicing doctor.

Dr Jacobs is kind, reassuring, informative and knowledgeable. We are able to speak freely as I am an RN so she speaks to me as someone who does understand medical terminology.
