Penny is a gem. The sleep center's willingness to work with a patient is non-existent.

She provided good follow up questions reflecting a mature interviewing experience and was well prepared, perhaps somewhat limited transparency in sequencing interview questions and connectivity, missed some opportunities for my education.

Penny is a very informed and pleasant provider. I'm glad I got to meet her and appreciated her care.

I received excellent care through the Sleep Center, and in particular, Penny Los. She and her office bent over backwards to accommodate my difficulty in coming back right away to their office (it's a 4 hour drive roundtrip) to bring back my sleep study equipment, and to schedule a "virtual" appointment for getting my sleep study results. I couldn't appreciate their work more, and felt that Penny provided me with excellent, easy to understand information. I feel like I'm in good hands with her and the Providence Sleep Center. It was a great referral!

Dr. Los is very knowledgeable about her specific medical training and probably other medical practices. She spends time with me and explains my situation while figuring out what breathing equipment I need. A very professional doctor.

I am extremely pleased with my meeting with Penny. She is knowledgeable, articulate, personable, and willing to listen. You can't beat that combination.

I think a lot of your providers could learn something from Dr. Penny from her bedside manner in how she treats and respects her patience and how she listens to them and how she goes over their health records and they're overall health and how everything relates and spends extended time with them and doesn't treat them like a 15 minute appointment. She comes across as tho she truly cares about what she does.
