Care was excellent

I am happy have the opportunity to say how impressed I was with the attention and care I received by Dr. Howie and his assistant. He was so engaged and helpful during the procedure that due to his skill and calming manner I really wasn't anxious at all and it was over before I knew it. My sister was with me and we were both very pleased with the visit. I must say that when one is in lot of pain it's wonderful to be treated with care and professionalism. Thank you, I have been a patient with Providence for many years and have been very satisfied with the care.

Dr. Howe was very thorough and explained each step in my procedure. His assistant was very polite and kept my mind off of what was being done but yet still was very in tune with the Dr. During the whole procedure. Would highly recommend and would go back to him again definitely.

Dr. Howie and his staff are outstanding. Rately is the phrase "great cusomer service" applied to medical visits but Ben and his staff ring the bell every time. Never had a similar experience elsewhere.

Dr. Howie and his MA were both excellent! Clear, concise communications, their questions showed strong interest in knowing all the relevant info and fully addressing my concerns and questions. Both men showed obvious mastery of the area of care being addressed and sound judgement in their answers and recommendations. I feel very safe in their care.

Dr Howie has a very good demeanor. He takes the time to ask a lot of questions to understand the problem. He is thorough in his examination. Once he has evaluated the situation he is an effective communicator while explaining what he thinks the cause and next steps to treating the problem.

This is weird to say, but this is my favorite office to visit. It might take a while to get an appointment, but I always feel heard, cared for, and followed up with!

Good service and experience

This was a procedure that some of the questions were not necessary. I was very pleased with how it went.

The provider and his assistant were very responsive and used their expert advice to answer all my questions and gave me printed materials to take home. I didn't feel rushed with my questions. Dr. Howie explained everything he was doing and made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. I feel confident with his care.

Provider was fully up to date on all that I had done medically prior to this visit so didn't have to go through it all. Provider was very respectful thorough and professional. Felt at ease and confident in what the provider had to say. The form that was given to me at visit explained his professional diagnosis and there complete understanding of my medical needs. Recommended injection and was able to do in clinic during visit so I wouldn't have to make an additional appointment and wait for the injection. I have to say that his MA was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Not only did he do his job well but asked a few social questions about hobbies and summer things I've done and made it feel very comfortable and that I mattered. Held conversation respectfully and he was very upbeat. Very enjoyable visit with all questions answered. Would definitely recommend this provider and MA as they were a great team.

Dr Ben Howie is professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. He explains things very well and takes the necessary time to make sure that I am comfortable with what he is saying and that all of my questions are answered. I never feel rushed when I come in or that my concerns don't matter. It's too bad You don't have more primary care providers that behave this way. I would recommend Dr. Howie, to anyone. In addition, his assistance are also very thoughtful and very thorough about what they do and how they do it. I think everyone in this office does a very good job.

Dr howie is amazing

One of the best doctors I see

I unfortunately came late to my appointment because I mixed my times up. The secretary was kind enough to send a message to my care team to see if they would be able to get me in. I was called back within a 60 second period. The entire staff was kind, courteous, and respectful. Dr. Howie is a true magician when it comes to giving pain free shots. I had to get a steroid shot and because of prior experience I thought this would be a painful experience. All I felt was one small poke from the numbing agent needle, I was shocked when he pulled out a bandaid and said, 'All done'. Honestly one of the best doctors office visits I've ever experienced.
