Everyone was very friendly

Everything about my visits are great, from receptionist, to the assistant, to the doctor. I always have a great experience at Providence. However, I was getting a shot in my shoulder to facilitate a better healing. It took, I believe, about 5 or 6 weeks, just to schedule a shot. I felt that this was a bit extreme, to wait for a shot. But again, all my experienced there are great, and I really appreciate that. A well oiled machine, everyone knows their job and I love it.

The doctor and his staff worked well together, very informative as to what was happening during the visit.

I care for my medical team.

Pretty simple shoulder injection, minimal discomfort.

I was extremely nervous about my appointment with Dr Howie. I was there to get a cortisone shot in my shoulder. Dr. Howie and his MA were very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I appreciate the time they took to explain everything to me to help me be less nervous about the procedure.

Dr Howie did an aspiration of a hematoma on my surgical incision arranged after my Ortho appt. He scheduled me right in and took care of the problem quickly which was much appreciated.

I was getting an injection in my hip for bursitis and was a bit nervous about it. The nervousness was completely unnecessary because Dr. Howie was extremely gentle .. There was absolutely no pain whatsoever!!!
