About Kamran A. Karim
Dr. Karim is board certified in Family Medicine with a Certificate of Added Qualification in Sports Medicine. He is the director of the Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship and provides musculoskeletal care for a wide variety of patients. He has served in a team physician role for Portland State University, Gonzaga University, Spokane Indians and provided medical coverage for multiple NCAA sporting events (march madness and track/field championships). He is currently the head team physician for Whitworth University. He specializes in non-surgical sports medicine and utilizes point of care musculoskeletal ultrasound for both diagnostic and therapeutic purposes, as well as PRP injections.

I received my first cortisone injection on top of my shoulder. Was so nervous and the Dr was simply amazing explaining everything as he went along using ultrasound. I honestly didn't really even feel the injection! If it works sadly I won't see him again!
