About Sandeep S. Jhajj
Dr. Jhajj attended the University of Arizona and the University of Colorado for his medical degree in general surgery, and returned to the University of Arizona for his general surgery residency. He continued his education at Loma Linda University, where he completed a vascular surgery fellowship.
His mission, says Dr. Jhajj, is to partner with patients and their families to deliver personal and comprehensive vascular care. He aims to help patients understand their disease and empowers them to get better. He adheres to open communication, honesty and hard work. “Vascular disease processes and care goals differ among patients,” he says, “so it’s important to deliver tailored solutions for each patient’s needs.”
Dr. Jhajj specializes in managing and treating thoracic and abdominal aortic aneurysms, aortic dissection, aorto-iliac occlusive disease, carotid disease, peripheral arterial disease, chronic limb-threatening ischemia, chronic venous insufficiency, mesenteric ischemia, and deep vein thrombosis as well as dialysis access. His treatment expertise includes both endovascular surgery and open vascular surgery.
Having grown up in Kent, Wash., Dr. Jhajj feels very fortunate to be living back in the Pacific Northwest and providing medical care to the community of Medford. Outside of medicine, his interests include sports, jogging, spending time outdoors, watching movies and reading.
