Foundation for Health Care Quality Care Outcomes Assessment Program

The Cardiac Care Outcomes Assessment Program (COAP) is a non-profit physician-led organization in the Pacific Northwest that lets providers know how they’re doing as compared to peers across the region and provides a safe forum for discussing challenges in cardiac care. COAP collects clinical data to develop local knowledge and best practice sharing across the region.
