About Us
Center for Occupational Health and Education (COHE) Community with Providence works cooperatively within regional communities of health care to develop programs to improve the quality, cost effectiveness and consistency of care for injured workers across Washington state. The result is a significant decrease in long-term disability and related health costs from on-the job injuries – an important benefit to our communities. Learn more about us.
COHE Community with Providence is sponsored by Providence St. Luke's Rehabilitation Medical Center and administered by Washington State Department of Labor & Industries. We provide support in most counties of Washington and have representatives stationed throughout the state.
