Schedule Vaccine Appointments Before the Exclusion Day Deadline

The deadline is quickly approaching! By Wednesday, February 25, 2026, Oregon state law requires all children in public and private schools, preschools, head start and certified care facilities to submit documentation showing they are up to date on required vaccines or have an exemption.

Be sure to schedule with us and get your child’s vaccine shots before Oregon’s Exclusion Day on February 25, 2026.

Online scheduling is available for new patients. Returning patients can schedule through MyChart or call our office directly.
