The Care Team is aware that I am waiting for a date for Surgery to be scheduled. I am in pain each day, and we are waiting to hear when this will be scheduled. I need to know the plan of care pre- during- post. Dr. Willard is a highly- respected Surgeon. We are ready to share and complete this journey!

This was my first visit to Dr Willard primarily to get his view on whether or not it was time to get knee replacement. He was extremely helpful and informative about how to make that decision and advised me very well.

Dr. Willard is incredibly amazing in his personal care and outcomes to surgery with him. This July I will have my 2nd knee replacement and I should clarify my first one is all healed and the healing is as though I never had a terrible knee or in fact surgery to replace it. My right knee is as good as new! I really appreciate Dr. Willard's extreme competency, his down to earth communication skills, and personal care and understanding of me personally! Our community is so fortunate to have an orthopedic surgeon of his caliber so I don't have to travel to Seattle, Spokane or Tri-Cities. I wish all of the different areas of medical care were as equally strong in their field as orthopedics! In summary Dr. Willard Is tops In his field AND a real "mensch"!

I am very impressed with the timeliness of the actual taking x-rays, followed by visiting with the doctor about those x-rays; it is remarkable ...but my visit was in no way cut short....I asked questions, got complete answers as well as explanations of of x-rays and more. I enjoy visiting with this doctor. I am very satisfied with my choice of doctor to do this surgery.
