I love NP Jennifer Soh. I always feel understood about my concerns and welcomed each time. She takes very good care of me and always responds to my MyChart messages within 24 hours. If she's unable, someone always contacts me within a few hours. I'm extremely grateful for the care and respect I am given since I started with providence. I appreciate how I am never rushed through my appointments. She makes sure to listen to me and eases my anxiety when needed. I plan on this Hawthorne location being my permanent primary care office as long as I am able to. Thank you Dr Soh! To me you are a Dr!!

On this day I did have a small wait time , and knew that something must have happened because usually I am taken in right away. When Jennifer came in she apologized and said there was a medical emergency and she was running behind. I told her that what I figured and thanked her for letting me know I love being Jennifer patient and no matter how long it would have taken I am fine with it. Jennifer is an awesome provider and I appreciate her calming demeanor and her patience with . Thank you Jennifer for your care just being a amazing provider.

Jennifer Soh is profesional, informative, and I felt she really listened to me and she put me at easy. . The challenges with scheduling an appointment had nothing to do with her. My original appointment was for over 6 months out with the other Dr But fortunately since she was available, I was seen much sooner.

She was so knowledgeable and even educated me on certain topics we discussed. Very nice !
