She was a wonderful provider. She gave me and talked about things I had not talked about with the other providers. I learn alot and enjoyed my visit.

I had great experiences with this care provider. She explained things in a helpful way and collaboratively discussed next steps. I will be sad to stop seeing her due to this aspect of my healthcare being returned to my PCP.

She is bright, aware of relevant details, looks at and asks questions about any aspect of recent medical history to better understand, is knowledgeable about her current specialty and how it relates to my other conditions, she listens, she is thorough, and I wish she could be my PCP!

Asked to check in by 7:45. Taken to room at 8:07. Blood pressure was taken immediately upon sitting down over clothes. Pulse oximetry was placed on same side blood pressure was taken. When reviewing allergies and medications asked if there were any changes rather than reviewing each individually.

Dr. Nora Lersch is kind, professional and extremely empathetic. She genuinely cares about her patients. I wish that I could have every medical experience like my interactions with her.
