Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation
Covenant Hospital Levelland Rehabilitation Services provides great patient care for those recovering from injury or stroke, or living with a physical condition or pain. Our goal is to accommodate the needs of our area patients by offering a higher standard of care – right here in Levelland.
We provide outpatient physical therapy and rehabilitation, as well as inpatient rehabilitation services in the hospital for our patients.
We provide outpatient and inpatient therapy and rehabilitation to treat patients with a wide range of conditions, including:
- Stroke (CVA)
- Parkinson’s disease
- Multiple sclerosis
- Post-op joint replacement (hip, knee, shoulder)
- Sports-related injuries (rotator cuff tear, ACL, meniscus tear, tendon tear, fractures)
- Wrist or hand injuries
- Vertigo
- Arthritis (general conditioning and strengthening)
- Post-op neck or back surgeries
- Sciatica
- Nerve impingement syndrome
- Head injury
- Worker’s comp
Plan to arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment to allow time for registration.
A physician's order is required. Please bring that, along with photo identification and your insurance cards.
Please also bring receipts for previous treatments – you may be able to apply those costs to your deductible.
