Request Clinical Placement
Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee placement. Kadlec Regional Medical Center has the right to cancel a student placement at any time due to staffing availability. Requests must be made by the school – student requests will not be accepted. All documents must be received before a request can be considered.

Occupational or physical therapy
Interviews and placement acceptance will be offered on an ongoing basis:
- March 1: Application submission window opens
- June 30: Final notifications of acceptance for Jan-Jun start dates
- October 31: Final notifications of acceptance for Jul-Dec start dates
Documents:
- OT/OTA: Student Personal Data Sheet
- OT/OTA: Clinical Rotation Application (completed by school)
- PT/PTA: Clinical Rotation Application (completed by school)
- All: Student Resume and Letter of Intent
Speech therapy
Requests will be accepted on an individual basis.
Inpatient or outpatient respiratory therapy
Requests will be accepted on an individual basis.
Clinical Placement Responsibilities
Once placement has been confirmed, visit the student portal for onboarding requirements for both the school and student.
