Heart Institute Awards

The Providence Jack Loacker Center for Cardio-Oncology was awarded a Silver Center of Excellence award through the International Cardio-Oncology Society. The program is the first in Oregon and only one of two programs west of the Mississippi to receive this recognition. The program signifies an exceptionally high concentration of expertise and related resources delivering care in a comprehensive, interdisciplinary fashion to afford the best patient outcomes possible.
