What to bring
  • A government issued photo ID and your insurance card(s)
  • A list of your current medications and dosages
  • Any relevant medical records, imaging, or pathology reports you already have
  • A notepad or device for notes and questions for your care team

These essentials help our team create the most accurate, personalized plan for you.

Parking & arrival

Parking information is available at the time of scheduling, and our team can guide you to the most convenient patient parking areas. Please plan to arrive a little early for check-in, forms, and wayfinding.

Your first appointment typically includes time with members of your care team, a review of your medical history, and discussion of next steps. Depending on your needs, you may have imaging or lab work scheduled as well. Visit lengths vary based on the services you need that day; your scheduler can share details when your appointment is confirmed.

If treatment is recommended, we’ll talk through your personalized plan, estimated timelines, and how to coordinate additional appointments so you always know what comes next.

After your visit: starting treatment & follow-up

When you begin treatment, we coordinate your schedule to minimize disruption and keep you informed. Many patients will have a series of follow-up appointments to monitor progress, manage side effects, and adjust the plan as needed. Our goal is to keep you supported and confident at every step.

If you need help, our nurse navigation team is available to guide you through each step of care and connect you with resources. In addition, our onsite, licensed clinical social worker can assist with transportation, insurance questions, and practical needs that may arise during treatment.
