At Providence, we believe it is essential to explore each patient’s unique needs and provide individualized care. Each of our patients will have a thorough evaluation and discussion of all treatment options. We do not treat everything "with a pill"; rather we work with our patients through shared decision-making to find the most effective treatment possible.

We offer minimally invasive procedures such as hysteroscopy, endometrial ablation, advanced laparoscopy and robotic surgery. Not only are we able to perform technically difficult surgeries, but we are also able to explain the risks, benefits and alternatives and work with our patient’s specific needs and concerns.
Planning for surgery can be a stressful experience. We do our best to explain why surgery is indicated and to cover the risks, benefits and alternatives in a comprehensive fashion. Our staff is excellent and will help to schedule the surgery efficiently and to ensure insurance coverage.
Women are twice as likely as men to struggle with urinary incontinence. Losing a little urine when you sneeze is frustrating enough, but if you let urinary incontinence go untreated, it can become so severe that you struggle to make it to the bathroom in time. We can help evaluate and treat pelvic disorders related to the bladder and also some bowel problems. We offer in office cystoscopy and urodynamic testing.
We know that for some women menopause can be a walk in the park, but for others it can be a very challenging time. We are comfortable discussing these issues and thereby help our patients to open up about their symptoms ranging from hot flashes, to mood changes, to pain with intercourse. More importantly, we know that each woman may have different goals for treatment, and we are willing to create a plan that reflects the patient’s desires. We are experts in hormone replacement therapy and are also well versed in herbal remedies.
