Kristy Carrington, RN, MBA

Kristy Carrington serves as chief executive of Providence’s North Division, leading the health system’s operations in Western Washington and Alaska. Previously, she was the chief executive for the North Puget Sound service area in western Washington.

Kristy has been with the Providence family of organizations for more than a decade, serving in several regional and divisional chief nursing roles. Prior to joining Providence Swedish, she was director of nursing at Keck Medical Center of USC in Los Angeles.

Kristy has a BSN from the University of Delaware and a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University in Los Angeles. In 2026, she was named among Becker’s Healthcare’s Women Hospital and Health Systems Presidents and CEOs to Know for 2026.
