Nancy Jordan, Ed.D.

Interim Chief Mission Integration Officer Nancy Jordan, Ed.D. joined Providence St. Joseph Health in 2016 after a decade of serving as a Catholic school principal in Napa, California.

Nancy is a lifelong educator and a leader of leaders. Her roles have included Mission Integration leadership for the Providence Clinical Network, North Division, and the Mission Leadership Institute, with liaison support to the University of Providence and the Providence Global Center in Hyderabad, India. These opportunities allowed Nancy to blend professional and personal experience with her passion for whole-person development.

Nancy focuses on guiding others to see their vocational connection with Mission, vision, values, promise, and heritage through formal and informal initiatives and interactions.

Nancy holds a Doctorate of Education in Interdisciplinary Leadership from Creighton University, an M.A. in Educational Leadership, an M.A. in School Psychology, and a B.A. in Psychology. She also holds a certificate in Catholic Healthcare Ethics from Loyola University and is a certified 200-hour yoga instructor. Nancy is a proud graduate of Carondelet High School, an educational ministry of the Sisters of St. Joseph.
