Security Incident Reporting or Assistance Request
In support of the Providence Mission, we require vendors providing services to Providence to reach out to the Providence Cybersecurity team in cases such as but not limited to:
- Loss, corruption, unavailability of information, systems, or services provided to Providence
- Loss or theft of any asset that is owned by Providence or used to provide services to Providence (e.g., badge, laptop, tablet, desktop, phone, or storage device)
- Suspected unauthorized or inappropriate use of systems that are either Providence owned or are used to provide services to Providence
- Suspected presence of malicious software or breaches of information systems or networks that could adversely impact Providence
