Medical Staff Services coordinates and provides credentialing services to the Medical Staff organization. Our Medical Staff includes physicians (MD, DO), podiatrists, dentists, oral surgeons and clinical psychologists approved by the Community Board for Medical Staff membership.

Practitioners are Medical Staff members and Allied Health Professionals who provide services to patients for Providence Petaluma Valley Hospital.

Medical Staff Services also supports activities to promote and ensure quality and improvement of patient care.
