Governance
Members of the Medical Staff work collaboratively with the Community Board and the Administration to promote justice and the common good through mutual respect, shared responsibility and joint planning. Governance documents contain the administrative procedures that support processes described in the bylaws for Petaluma Valley Hospital. Members and applicants are required to attest on both initial and reappointment applications that they have read the Governance documents and policies, and attest to their agreement to be bound by them.
