Senior Outreach Program
The Senior Outreach Program assists the elderly with mental health services and resources. The program is staffed by mental health professionals and community volunteers that provide free services to those we serve in the San Fernando Valley, including:
- Case management, linkage to resources, and navigating referrals to resources in the community
- Transportation services to grocery shopping or for doctor appointments; and
- Weekly one-on-one counseling to seniors who are experiencing depression, loneliness, anxiety, isolation, loss and other issues associated with aging.
