One size does not fit all. The Covenant Corporate Wellness Department is aware of this and has made it our philosophy to work with each company to find customized solutions through Heart Risk Appraisals and Corporate Plan Services. The Covenant Corporate Wellness Team features a staff of physicians, registered nurses, health educators, fitness specialists, registered dieticians and other health care professionals. While most services are offered at your work site, additional services and benefits may be obtained at Covenant Medical Center-Lakeside or one of the regional facilities affiliated with Covenant Health.
Through basic medical history and family history risks, our work site health professionals can screen for an employee's current state of wellness and track wellness progression by monitoring family history, fitness status, nutrition status, current symptoms, stress levels, lifestyle habits (smoking, alcohol or drug use) and implementation of safety precautions.
To help you achieve your business's wellness goals, Covenant Wellness offers support programs to help you continue your journey to better health the year. These services include programs such as Wellness Coaching, on-site Wellness Programs, Dietitian Consults, and Wellness Promotion Tools. The Covenant Corporate Wellness Screening Tests can help to detect the following: heart disease, liver disease, kidney disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, stress, high/low cholesterol and osteoporosis. The first phase of tests provided by Covenant Corporate Wellness Services include:
