Community partnership grant applications are accepted and reviewed annually (typically August through October), and funding notifications are issued in December.
To ease the way for our community partners and modernize our application and reporting questions and processes, Providence Alaska Foundation is excited to announce that we are upgrading to a cloud-based community partnership grants application and reporting platform. We anticipate that the platform will be available for use beginning in summer 2021. To orient our community partners to this new platform, we will be conducting several virtual training sessions in fall 2021, and will share those dates on this webpage. In the meantime, please continue to submit your community partnership grant reports to firstname.lastname@example.org, and call Lindsie Mills at 907-308-2042 or Nathan Johnson at 907-212-6224 directly regarding future partnership opportunities.
For sponsorship requests, please complete a sponsorship request form by November 20 of the preceding year. A member of the Providence Marketing & Communications office will follow up with you. Most sponsorship requests will be decided in late December of the prior year or early January of the sponsorship year.
