When your doctor orders lab tests, you want answers fast. At Holy Family Lab Services we don’t think you should have to wait on important health information. Our licensed pathologists, board certified medical laboratory scientists and technicians work with highly skilled lab assistants to get you fast, accurate results using the latest technologies.

Your physician or surgeon will receive your results, and their office will contact you directly. A copy of your results will also be available in MyChart.
Some tests require fasting. If your doctor instructed you to fast, don’t eat or drink anything except water for 10 to 12 hours before your blood is drawn. You should keep taking your medications unless your doctor says otherwise. It’s important to drink water during fasting because it hydrates your veins and helps make blood draws easier. It’s also a good idea to bring a snack with you so you can eat immediately after your blood draw.
Register at the Admitting Department, located at the main floor surgery check-in desk.
We require a doctor's order for your visit, but in most cases, you do not need an appointment. Appointments are required for a sweat chloride test or a whole blood aggregation test.
