Outpatient Rehabilitation
Comprehensive services, close to home
After surgery, a significant illness, stroke or other event that limits your ability to function, therapy can often make the difference in how fully you recover. With some diagnosis, therapy before and during treatment can also improve recovery.
Providence St. Mary Outpatient Rehabilitation provides a wide range of therapy and rehabilitation services for individuals who are recovering from injuries or surgery, coping with a major diagnosis or physical limitation, or working to achieve a higher level of functioning. We also provide services to help athletes avoid serious injury as well as recover from sports injuries.
We would be happy to discuss your options. A physician referral is required for evaluations and treatment. If you believe you would benefit from our services but do not have a referral, please discuss a referral with your primary care physician.
