And, our critical care nurses are specifically trained to care for and monitor patients with critical conditions.
If you need critical care but live in a remote area, we can still provide you with the same expert doctors and nurses you need. With eICU our experts can monitor Adult Critical Care patients in remote hospitals across Alaska, if they are either part of or affiliated with Providence.
Using two-way audio and video, our critical care specialists monitor vital signs, lab results, medications and more. This allows the team to alert the clinical staff that is at your bedside to potential problems before they occur.
