Routine appointments

When you come for your first visit, plan to arrive 30 minutes early to complete your registration and insurance process. Your doctor will talk with you about your health history and any symptoms or concerns. Your doctor will perform an exam and recommend any needed health screenings, such as:

  • Hormone evaluation
  • Pap test
  • Preconception counseling
  • Mammogram
Diagnostic tests and in-office procedures

Your doctor may perform tests or procedures to diagnose your condition. These tests take place in the doctor’s office. Diagnostic procedures we offer include: Colposcopy

  • Hysteroscopy
  • LEEP (loop electrosurgical excision procedure)
  • Sonography
  • Ultra-sonography
As members of St. Joseph Medical Group, our gynecologists and obstetricians provide advanced medical and surgical care. We are parents and community members who take part in local fundraising and special events. As doctors, we constantly educate ourselves about the latest technological treatments.

The type of visit determines your fees.

We are in-network with most Napa Valley-area Preferred Provider Organizations (PPOs) and Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs). Your HMO may require a written referral from your primary care doctor. We recommend that you verify your insurance coverage before your appointment. Ultimately, you are responsible for the bill.

All co-payments, deductibles and share of costs are due at the time of service. We accept cash, check and VISA, Master Card, American Express and Discover. We provide a 30% discount to self-pay patients. We offer financial assistance for those who qualify.

If you have any questions or concerns, contact our billing office at 707-251-1825.
