At Providence Sonoma County Wound Care, we understand how difficult it can be to live with a wound that won’t heal. Chronic wounds can be painful, stressful and make it difficult to enjoy everyday activities. Our Santa Rosa Memorial and Healdsburg Hospital wound care clinics work closely together, bringing a team of specialists to every case. This collaborative approach allows us to treat even the most complex wounds with expertise and compassion.

Care begins with a comprehensive assessment of your wound and overall health at our Healdsburg clinic. From there, we create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs, delivered at either our Santa Rosa Memorial or Healdsburg Hospital wound care clinic.

Your plan may include advanced therapies, specialized dressings, edema management and education to support your healing. Our goal is simple: to use the most effective treatments available to promote faster healing and help you return to the activities you love—with comfort and confidence.

We treat a variety of wounds, including:

  • Burns
  • Diabetic wounds
  • Lymphedema
  • Nonhealing surgical wounds
  • Pressure injuries
  • Skin tears
  • Trauma
  • Vascular wounds

We accept most insurance plans.

Our physical therapists are experts in wound care and lymphedema with decades of wound care experience and a long track record of successfully healed wounds. To treat your wound, we incorporate our expertise in recovering movement and pain management. We work closely with your physician to give you the best possible care.
