The in-person Bloomsday Training Clinics are back!

Join health experts and get race day ready with the Bloomsday Training Clinics, presented by Providence. The clinics run every Saturday beginning March 18 and go through April 29 at Spokane Falls Community College Gym (3410 W Whistalks Way).

The seven-week program is designed to help people prepare for Bloomsday with presentations from health experts and an instructor-lead warm up. Anyone planning to walk, jog or run can benefit from this program. Each session will begin at 8:30 a.m. Following the presentation and warm-up, at their own pace, participants will complete one mile the first week, adding a mile each week during the program.

The training clinic program is free and open to all.

Please note: Registering for the virtual training clinics does not register you for the Bloomsday race. You can register for virtual Bloomsday online at bloomsdayrun.org. Bloomsday is a registered trademark of the Lilac Bloomsday Association.

Volunteers needed!

Help with registration/check-in, be a course monitor, hand out water at a water station or help with first aid. Sign-up to volunteer below. All volunteers must also register for the Bloomsday Training Clinics.
