Go Red BetterU™

Women exercising and eating healthfully

Eat smart. Move more. Be well.

Providence and the American Heart Association are bringing the Go Red BetterU™ program back. Heart disease and stroke cause more deaths in women than all cancers combined. The good news is, a majority of cardiac events can be prevented with education and small, simple actions, including the management of high blood pressure.

What is Go Red BetterU™?

A few simple changes can have a profound impact on your heart health. During this free 4-week online program, we will help women transform their overall vascular health by utilizing blood pressure self-monitoring. This comprehensive program is designed for women who are ready to acquire the skills and information needed to take better care of their hearts.

This 4-week program will kick-off with an orientation on Wednesday, January 18, 2023, from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. with weekly sessions starting Wednesday, February 1, 2023, at the same time for four weeks ending on Wednesday, February 22, 2023.
