Go Red BetterU™

Women exercising and eating healthfully

Eat smart. Move more. Be well.

Providence Spokane Heart Institute and the American Heart Association are bringing the Go Red BetterU™ program back to women in the Inland Northwest. Heart disease and stroke cause more deaths in women than all cancers combined. The good news is, up to 80 percent of cardiac events can be prevented with education and small, simple actions, including the management of high blood pressure. Registration for Go Red BetterU™ begins on January 1, 2022.
