Go Red BetterU™

Women exercising and eating healthfully

Eat smart. Move more. Be well.

Although the registration for our Go Red BetterU™ program is closed for 2022, Providence Spokane Heart Institute and the American Heart Association are providing the resources below to help you make simple changes that can have a profound impact on your heart health. Heart disease and stroke cause more deaths in women than all cancers combined. The good news is, up to 80 percent of cardiac events can be prevented with education and small, simple actions, including the management of high blood pressure and we are here to help.

What is Go Red BetterU™?

A few simple changes can have a profound impact on your heart health. During this free seven-week online program, we will help women transform their overall vascular health by utilizing blood pressure self-monitoring. This comprehensive program is designed for women who are ready to acquire the skills and information needed to take better care of their hearts.
