Community Education
Our health education programs are committed to improving and promoting the individual and collective health and well-being of our community.
Our approach is to empower the individual with the knowledge and resources necessary to better manage their own health and that of their family. In addition, we support a healthy environment in which the individual and community can flourish.
We do this by actively seeking to promote understanding, education and dialogue regarding quality of life issues such as disease prevention and management, access to health care and safety.
Our specialized team of health care professionals is dedicated to offering a wide variety of educational opportunities. Support groups on many topics enhance our programs by providing a safe, supportive environment for sharing and learning. Many of our services are offered in both English and Spanish.
