The Practitioner Well-Being Committee meets monthly to focus on promoting the well-being of PRMCE medical staff providers, to help ensure their long-term success within the medical community. If you are interested in attending a virtual meeting, please send an email.

Caring for our caregivers

Practitioner Well-Being Committee members have compiled a list of available resources to help all medical staff members deal with the personal impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. If you are aware of resources to share with your colleagues or have ideas about how the committee can help you during this difficult time, please email your information or ideas.

Behavioral health resources

First Choice Health Physician Assistance Program offers many Work Life resources which are available to all medical staff members and their dependents. The Live and Work Well site is a resource designed to enhance positive mental health, resiliency and work life balance. They provide confidential access to professional care, self-help programs, interactive tools and educational resources to help with life's changes and challenges. Exercise discounts

LifeBalance offers discounts on gym memberships and exercise classes. All clinicians on the medical staff can access LifeBalance, however, some discounts require a Providence/St. Joseph email address or caregiver ID.
